I had looked around 4 years ago when I needed a new furnace and AC unit. I went with A+ The Fix, since then I have called them twice when the AC was not working well. The first time, the outside of the unit just needed to be cleaned off (forehead slap); Mike was so nice and did not charge me. I was having issues with my AC unit not turning out cold air anymore and called Mike at A+ The Fix Monday morning explaining that I needed my unit to be looked at. It was looking to be one of the hottest weeks of the year. He came out only a couple of hours later and found that my coil had completely eroded, thanks to my dog using it as a toilet. Mike quoted me on the spot, called and found me a unit and installed the next morning. Not only was he fast, friendly and super knowledgeable, but he beat the prices of any other servicer in the area; including Kettle Moraine air and heating. He even bought and installed a small little fence to put around the unit to deter my dog from peeing on it again. He went above and beyond! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of air or heating services!

Furnace went out Friday night. Saturday I left messages with several HVAC places that claim emergency service and got no response. Sunday morning I left a message for Mike, he got back to me with an hour and tried to talk us thru a few quick fixes over the phone. When nothing worked he showed up an hour later. Turns out we needed a new furnace. He gave a quote and left with no charge. He said to consider it a free estimate for a new furnace. He then spent time on the phone Sunday night answering all of my husbands questions. New furnace installed Tuesday at the quoted price and working great. Will definitely be my first call from now on.
